How MCM Works
MCM is not an exam. It is a portfolio and panel review process reserved for invited professionals.
Receive Invitation
MCM invitations are issued by the MOMENTUM Certification Council based on your community contributions, published work, MCM+ nominations, and MCA performance. You cannot apply without an invitation.
Submit Portfolio
You submit a portfolio of 3 enterprise-scale MOMENTUM deployments. Each must show programme scope, governance design, AI usage, financial outcomes, and measurable impact.
Panel Review
A panel of 3 MCM+ reviewers (including at least 1 MCS) evaluate your portfolio. They assess depth, originality, and real-world impact. You may be invited for a 60-minute panel discussion.
Certification & Induction
Successful candidates receive the MCM credential, blockchain verification, and are formally inducted at the annual MOMENTUM Summit. MCM badge is added to the public registry.

Enterprise Architecture at Scale
You have designed and delivered MOMENTUM across large, complex organisations. Multiple business units. Multi-year programmes. Measurable transformation outcomes.
AI Governance Leadership
You have built enterprise AI governance frameworks that other organisations can learn from. You have published or contributed to AI governance standards.
Community Contribution
You have contributed to the MOMENTUM community through mentoring, publishing, speaking, or training. MCM holders are expected to contribute back to the framework.
